The CPP Portal is accessible at the URL: https://eprocure.gov.in/cppp and it has e-publishing and e-procurement modules. It is mandatory for all Ministries / Departments of the Central Government, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Autonomous and Statutory Bodies to publish all their tender enquiries on the CPP Portal. CPPP will eventually contain all tender enquiries floated by any central government organization. It will have all circulars / GOs / OMs. It will have links to various sites related to eTendering. It will also have the Award of Contract for all tenders which have been awarded. The eProcurement system facilitates online submission of bids and downloading of tender schedules for various government projects.
