In this instalment, over 9.7 crore farmers Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 20th installment of the PM - Kisan scheme from Varanasi, transferring Rs 21,000 crore directly to the bank accounts of nearly 10 crore farmers across India. The 20th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is expected to be released by the end of June 2025. PM-Kisan 20th installment of ₹20,500 crore has been credited to 9.7 crore farmers.
