Tcs market cap loss: TCS 's market valuation dropped

TCS 's market valuation dropped by Rs 53,185.89 crore last week, marking the largest loss following negative trends in stocks. Infosys and Bharti Airtel also saw a decline. The combined market value of eight top firms fell by Rs 1.65 lakh crore amid a broader market downturn. After this loss , presently TCS ’s market cap stands at Rs 13,69,717.48 crore. Following the event, the company share price of the company closed at Rs 3,789.90 on 21 febuary. TCS , the flagship company of the Tata Group, has witnessed a rout of its market cap , which slumped from Rs 16.57 lakh crore to Rs 10.93 lakh crore, a decrease of Rs 5.66 lakh crore. Tata Consultancy Services ( TCS ), India’s largest IT services exporter, has borne the brunt of the recent US H-1B visa policy changes, with its market capitalization tumbling ₹97,597 crore to ₹10.49 lakh crore in the week ending September 27, 2025.
