Bipard: Gaya

Gaya: The Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development ( BIPARD ) is set to transform governance training with the introduction of three pioneering labs, aimed at modernizing and enhancing the approach to policy and governance. BIPARD is accredited as अति उत्तम/Good under the Capacity Building Commission's National Standards. BIPARD conducts training for Indian Administrative Services (probationers), probationers of Bihar Administrative Services and probationers of other allied services who undergo a basic training course at the Institute.
