Farooq Ahmed Dar, also known as Bitta Karate , is a Kashmiri terrorist and the chairman of JKLF(R). He admitted to killing over 20 Kashmiri Pandits during the 1990 insurgency and was arrested again in 2019 for terror funding. Bitta Karate is a former militant leader of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front who confessed to killing over 20 Kashmiri Pandits in 1991. He was arrested, released, and re-arrested for terror financing after the Pulwama attack. One of the biggest enforcers of Pakistan’s diktat was Farooq Ahmed Dar, also known as Bitta Karate . He is a free man now, for years, and heads the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), the outfit that led the targeted killings of Kashmiri Pandits.
