Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai (born 24 November 1960) is an Indian jurist who is currently serving as the 52nd Chief Justice of India since 14 May 2025. [1] He is a former judge of the Bombay High Court and also currently serves as the chancellor of some National Law Universities (NLUs).
