Copy ai: I downloaded an image

I downloaded an image in JPEG, but I need the vectorized copy of the same design. Do all images have Ai version as well? If so, how can I download it? Thanks. I can not paste AI texts (selected by my text tool) into any other app, not even text editors. Well, I can, but It is pasted as a non-editable bounding box. Like a PDF or Image I am not sure. I could find parts where copyleaks flagged it as anywhere between 60-90% certain AI . By far not all, but some parts, ye. This means Copyleaks just flags as AI for the slightest suspection.
