Jio complaint: Answer

Answer : A complaint may be made against Jio under the following circumstances: 1 : Loss or damage is caused to the consumer due to unfair or restrictive trade practice. Run Diagnostics also enables you to raise a Service Request so that our field engineer can fix it at the earliest. To provide your feedback, suggestions or requests on JioChat, follow the below mentioned steps: Tap on 3-dot Menu on the ‘Chats’ tab, this will open a drop down. Now tap on ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Help’. Select ‘Feedback’ and share your valuable inputs. The ‘Run Diagnostics’ feature enables you to raise a Service Request so that our Field Engineer can fix it at the earliest.
