In this video I am showing how to make laphing chili oil, how to make laping Sheet, how to make gluten and Laphing Chilli sauce. This is very famous Tibetan /Nepali Street Food. It might be difficult to remove the laphing from the plate so use a cake spatula, knife or thin spoon if the laphing is sticking to the plate. Spread olive oil lightly over one laphing before putting another on top of it to prevent them from sticking to each other. The noodles are cold, flat, jelly-like and they come floating on a mixture of vinegar, dried chillies and soy sauce. The taste is peculiar, the texture slippery.
