Panchayat darpan: Panchayat and Rural Development Department

Panchayat and Rural Development Department of Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with NIC Madhya Pradesh have designed and developed " Panchayat Darpan Portal". Keeping in view the day by day increasing activities and responsibilities of Panchayat Raj institutions, the State Government took the decision on 06 December 2007 to form an independent Panchayat Raj Directorate under the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. This directorate is operational from 1 April 2008. An innovative e-Governance initiative of Department & NIC for Transparent and Responsive Governance.
